KFI Studios Introduces Silva: Timeless Wood Design Rooted in Craft

KFI Studios is proud to introduce Silva, a thoughtfully crafted collection of wood seating and tables designed by Union Design that blends timeless craftsmanship with approachable, modern design. Made from solid beech wood, Silva highlights the natural beauty of the material through soft, rounded forms and a subtle satin finish that bring warmth and sophistication to spaces.

The Silva Collection includes guest and lounge chairs, stools, and matching tables in multiple heights, offering versatility for workplace and hospitality settings. Signature steam-bent rear legs give the chairs a graceful, continuous line from floor to backrest, with the lounge chair pushing the boundaries of wood bending with its elegant arch. From gently rounded edges on seating to softly shaped square tabletops, Silva’s design details highlight the wood’s natural grain and character.

“Silva is designed to celebrate the beauty of wood while creating forms that feel approachable and natural,” said Jeff Theesfeld, founder of Union Design. “Every curve, edge, and contour was carefully considered to highlight the material, create comfort, and offer a sense of simplicity.”

The collection is available in seven wood stain options: Natural, Timber, Coffee, Black, Navy, Evergreen, and Clay. Chairs can be specified with or without upholstered seats, offered in a wide selection of graded-in textiles or COM options.
